The spin-off stars Iroha Tamaki and her quest to save her sister from an illness. She arrives at Kamihama, which is town that attracts magical girls that battle using a new power drawn from witches. Fan-favorites Homura Akemi and Madoka Kaname play a role in the story.
Upstart artist Fujino Fuji is drawing the manga, which will debut on August 24. Hobunsha will serialize it in Manga Time Kirara Forward.
