One of the most plentiful and popular anime genres is romance. The stories can be funny, sad, heartwarming, or a combination of things!

While fans are familiar with classics like Clannad: After Story, we want to highlight some newer examples of the genre. For this list, we’ll be sharing modern anime that aired no later than 2010.

Tsukasa is assigned to Terminal Service One, a station who is responsible for collecting expiring Giftias before they become hostile. On his first day, Tsukasa is partnered up with a Giftia named Isla, who is considered the best at Giftia retrieval.
