‘A Certain Magical Index’ Season 3 Was Accidentally Revealed

After 1,000 years of waiting (or 4 years after the movie), season 3 of A Certain Magical Index may have been confirmed.

A Certain Magical Index

Animax’s Aniculbu! (Anime Culture Club) variety show shared a preview of the October 1st episode, which will feature A Certain Magical Index producer Kohei Kawase and editor Kazuma Miki as guests. The preview, which is now deleted, read:

A Certain Magical Index

“A Certain Magical Index, captivating many fans since season 1 began airing in 2008 and season 2 in 2010. Over six years later, the broadcasting of season 3 has been green-lit! About a decade after season 1, what kind of story will turn out?

The show will air on the same day as the “Dengeki Bunko Autumn Festival 2017” fan event. Dengeki Bunko is the publisher of A Certain Magical Index, and they will have a “new work announcements” panel. There is no word if Dengeki Bunko pressured Animax to remove Aniculbu!‘s preview.

Things are heating up for A Certain Magical Index fans! During Dengeki Bunko’s spring fan event, editor Miki told fans to “wait a little longer for season 3” during his stage presentation.

We’ll discover any truth to Aniculbu!‘s preview this Sunday.

I love all things that are cute, magic-based, and easy going! My biggest obsessions of all time are Yamada-kun and the Seven Witches and Fairy Tail. Let's go shipping!
