Halloween is a great time to pull out a cosplay of your favorite show but we all have lives and good cosplay can take some serious time to make. Here are series filled with quick and easy ideas for anyone looking for an anime-themed costume.
Remember, you can go all out or do a casual cosplay or even do a brilliant low-cost cosplay.
You could really choose any character from Durarara!! for an easy costume! The entire cast sports stylish and functional looks, but Izaya’s casual attire gets a bonus for working as day-to-day clothing. Stop by a thrift store to find a blue blazer or steal a lab coat from somewhere to have a costume assembled in an afternoon.
Noragami is another supernatural series with stylish characters. Yato, Kofuku, Hiyori, and Yukine are the easiest to cosplay since they have loads of casual costumes in the anime. You probably have something in your closet that already matches an outfit in the series. Tack on a purple tail or Yato’s kerchief to be easily recognizable.

L and Light are seriously low-effort looks for people looking for a last-second costume! You just need a long-sleeved white shirt (L) or a dress shirt (Light) paired with some nice pants. Easy!
