Angel of Slaughter follows Rachel, a 13-year-old girl who wakes up in an abandoned building with no memories. Lost and dizzy, she discovers a man covered in bandages. He is a serial killer named Zack, but he doesn’t know why he is there. The two form a strange bond and promise to help each other to escape the building…and life.
Angel of Slaughter is a “psycho horror” video game and manga franchise. The video game is an episodic indie project that consists of four chapters, and it’s available on Steam under the title Angels of Death.
The manga, which is licensed by Yen Press, is an adaptation by writer Makoto Sanada (Kirisame ga Furu Mori) and artist Kudan Naduka (Noushou Sakuretsu Girl). It is currently running in Kadokawa’s Comic Gene, which is an action-oriented shoujo magazine. Angel of Slaughter has been collected into 5 volumes, but only one chapter has been published since 2016.
